CHICKENS!

In the past month or so I've been painting chickens again.  I did a handful years ago when I found a great book in the bargain bin titled Extraordinary Chickens. I thought they'd be fun to draw and would be a nice break from doing people all the time.  It's been a great painting exercise and helps me focus more on texture and color and not worry about retaining a stellar likeness of a human.  These are all acrylic on board, 8.5"x11" (with the exception of the top one being 8"x8").
